Jeff was great throughout the process, but the underwriter enforced some last minute complications that changed the format of the loan I'd shopped around for and caused us a lot of risk during closing. Cannot fault Jeff, but kind of wish I'd taken up my realtor's lender's offer up at Bank of America to rate match you guys and probably closing would have been smoother.
